About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a motivated Customer Retention Representative to join a high‑growth fintech and cryptocurrency client. This remote, revenue‑focused position involves re‑engaging inactive users of a cryptocurrency kiosk platform through phone and text outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and targeted text follow‑ups to reactivate existing customers.
• Analyze transaction history and inactivity data to prioritize outreach based on revenue potential.
• Lead consultative conversations that highlight platform benefits, address hesitations, and promote incentives.
• Educate customers on products, services, and platform usage for both new and experienced users.
• Handle objections, competing offers, and concerns with empathy and solution‑oriented tactics.
• Utilize discount codes, promotions, and incentive programs to create urgency and close re‑engagement deals.
• Identify trends and revenue opportunities to increase average per‑customer revenue.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and interaction records in CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through relationship‑based, consultative selling.
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or retention targets.
• Capability to explain complex topics such as cryptocurrency in clear, understandable terms.
